General Terms
SIA "Bratus" provides a warranty for all sold equipment, confirming the compliance of the equipment with technical parameters and trouble-free operation within the specified period.
- For private individuals: 24-month warranty.
- For legal entities: 12-month warranty.
- For laser sources (new): Depending on the manufacturer (usually 6-12 months).
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and flaws that arise during normal operation of the equipment. If a factory defect is found during the warranty period, we provide free spare parts and repair.
The warranty does not cover
Natural wear and tear and consumable parts with a limited lifespan. These include:
- Laser lenses and mirrors
- Timing belts and bearings
- Filter elements
- Fuses
Also, the warranty is not valid if the equipment is used contrary to the instructions, timely maintenance (cleaning, lubrication) is not performed, or the equipment has mechanical damage caused by the user.
Application and Diagnostics
To apply for a warranty case, please contact us by sending a description of the problem and the serial number of the equipment. Our service engineers will perform diagnostics remotely or on-site.

Following safety regulations, the machine is designed to contain radiation, smoke, and other contaminants, ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Safety locks prohibit unauthorized or accidental access to the machine, while emergency stops immediately shut down operations when triggered, preventing potential accidents.
The key switch ensures that only the owner or authorized personnel can start the machine, adding an extra layer of security and preventing unauthorized use. Additionally, the water state is monitored in real time, so the system will immediately issue a warning if its temperature exceeds 42°C.
