The Wattsan 1313 E is an entry-level fiber laser metal cutter built for 24/7 serial production. With a 1300×1300 mm working area and up to 2000W laser power, it cuts thin sheet metals — aluminum, copper, stainless steel and carbon steel up to 4 mm — at speeds up to 80 m/min. The electrowelded E-series frame (6–8 mm thick) is heat-treated for stress relief, ensuring stable geometry and minimal vibration over years of continuous use.

Product Features

All Wattsan fiber metal cutters use HIWIN linear guide rails on all axes — the industry standard for high-precision, high-load motion. Yaskawa and Leadshine servo motors with planetary gearboxes drive the gantry, delivering accelerations up to 1.5G, minimal vibration, and reliable positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm in continuous 24/7 production.

Wattsan metal cutters run CYPCUT — professional fiber laser cutting software with FLYCUT (fast thin-sheet cutting without head lift), RINGCUT (clean corners without melting), NESTING (optimal sheet layout), EDGESEEK (automatic sheet position detection), MICRO JOINT (part retention during cutting) and COEDGE (shared-line cutting for faster batch production).

Every Wattsan metal cutter frame undergoes multi-stage heat treatment in a furnace to release internal welding stress. This eliminates deformation and geometry drift over time, guaranteeing cutting accuracy of ±0.03 mm for 10 years of continuous operation without recalibration.

The E series is built for cutting thin sheet metals (up to 4 mm) at high speed. The electrowelded frame with 6–8 mm steel walls and an aviation-aluminum extrusion gantry delivers fast accelerations and stable geometry for 24/7 production of advertising elements, automotive parts, labels and precision components.

Wattsan fiber cutters are equipped with laser heads from Raytools, BOCI or Precitec — industry-leading brands with auto-focus, capacitive height sensing, and collision protection. Upper and lower protective lenses shield internal optics from spatter. The QBH connector between fiber cable and head prevents beam return, protecting the laser source.
