The Wattsan 2030 Flat Bed offers a 2000 x 3000 mm working area, handling full-size and oversized sheet materials in a single setup. This eliminates material repositioning entirely, enabling continuous production of large signs, furniture panels, architectural elements, and decorative boards without alignment errors between passes.

Equipped with a 130–150W CO2 laser tube, the 2030 Flat Bed cuts through thick wood, acrylic, MDF, foam, and rubber in a single pass. The combination of large format and high power makes it ideal for bulk production of large decorative panels, shop signs, and exhibition displays.

The flat bed frame is built from heavy-gauge welded steel with a static working surface optimized for flat sheet processing. The rigid construction eliminates flex across the full 2000 x 3000 mm span, maintaining consistent focal distance and cut quality from corner to corner.

The 2030 Flat Bed uses stepper motors with real-time position feedback for reliable ±0.03 mm accuracy across the full working area. The central Y-axis motor placement and reinforced gantry mounts prevent misalignment even at high engraving speeds.
