Product Features
The Wattsan 6040 comes with an 80W CO2 laser tube and uses belt-driven 3-phase stepper motors with a 4:1 belt reducer. This combination crushes the motor's step pitch for smoother engraving quality while distributing motor load for a longer service life. A slot for longer tubes allows upgrading without modifications.
The 600 x 400 mm table gives you ample space for medium-format production — signage, panels, acrylic parts, and wooden items up to 12 mm thick. Manual vertical adjustment of 200 mm allows working with materials of varying heights and enables the use of a rotary device for cylindrical objects.
A built-in potentiometer allows operating at power levels below 10%, enabling fine engraving with an 80W tube without burning delicate materials. Combined with adjustable mirror mounts and universal tube holders, the machine setup and alignment is faster and more precise.
Like all Wattsan desktop machines, the 6040 features a fully enclosed body designed to comply with strict safety regulations. Radiation and fumes are contained inside, making the machine suitable for use in classrooms, shared workshops, and office spaces without additional ventilation requirements.
