The Wattsan UV TT is a tabletop UV laser marker with 355 nm wavelength — the shortest of the three laser types — enabling marking on glass, acrylic, ceramics, transparent plastics, silver, gold and all metals. With JPT laser source at 5–15W and a 200×200 mm working area, it delivers cold marking with minimal heat-affected zone. Ideal for sensitive materials, medical devices, electronics and precision components.

Product Features

Wattsan laser markers run EzCad2 or EzCad3 — the industry standard for fiber and UV laser marking. Supports vector and bitmap marking, barcode and QR code generation, serial number automation, DXF/AI/BMP import, and rotary axis control. The intuitive interface allows setting up new jobs in minutes without programming knowledge.

Wattsan markers use laser sources from Raycus, JPT and MAX Photonics — the leading Chinese manufacturers whose components are used in machines from TRUMPF, IPG and Coherent. The R series (standard fiber) delivers consistent power for deep engraving and annealing. The J MOPA series (JPT M7) adds pulse width control from 2 to 500 ns, enabling color marking on stainless steel, black marking on aluminum, and fine detail at very low power without burning.

All Wattsan markers use F-theta (flat-field) scan lenses that maintain constant focus across the entire working area — unlike standard lenses where corners defocus. The galvo-driven scanning mirrors move the beam at speeds up to 8000 mm/s, achieving marking cycle times measured in seconds. Standard field sizes: 100×100 mm, 150×150 mm, 200×200 mm, 300×300 mm — selected based on application requirements.

The UV series operates at 355 nm — a wavelength that most materials absorb regardless of color or surface finish. UV marking is a photochemical (cold) process with no heat-affected zone, making it the only viable choice for glass, transparent acrylic, ceramics, white plastics, medical packaging and sensitive electronics. It also marks all metals without the heat stress of fiber, making it the most universal wavelength in the Wattsan marker range.
