Product Features
The MINI series features a solid cast-iron frame with vibration mounts, providing excellent damping in a compact footprint. This allows high-quality engraving and cutting at speeds up to 6000 mm/min without chatter, making it ideal for workshops and classrooms where space is limited.
The 0404 MINI weighs just 92 kg (810 x 890 x 710 mm) and the 0609 MINI is 135 kg — both fit on a standard workbench. Despite compact dimensions, they machine wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, composite, and aluminum, and support full 3D milling for detailed relief carving.
All axes run on HIWIN profile linear guide rails — the industry standard for CNC precision. With four closed rows of bearings, HIWIN guides are 30% superior to alternatives in load capacity and rigidity. Rail recesses are robotically machined for consistent alignment across every machine.
