The Wattsan 1530 A is a cost-effective large-format fiber laser metal cutter with a 1500×3000 mm working area, suited for medium-size production in mechanical engineering, automotive parts, electrical equipment and advertising manufacturing. With up to 1500W laser power, it cuts carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper and aluminum up to 25 mm thick at 80 m/min. The lightweight yet durable A-series frame uses thick-walled steel tubes with firebrick lining and roll-out carts, while the aviation-aluminum gantry delivers high speed with low weight — making this machine the most accessible Wattsan metal cutter for entry-level industrial use.

Every Wattsan metal cutter frame undergoes multi-stage heat treatment in a furnace to release internal welding stress. This eliminates deformation and geometry drift over time, guaranteeing cutting accuracy of ±0.03 mm for 10 years of continuous operation without recalibration.
The A series offers the most accessible entry point into Wattsan fiber metal cutting. The bed is built from thick-walled steel tubes with firebrick lining and roll-out carts for thermal durability. Wattsan fiber cutters are equipped with laser heads from Raytools, BOCI or Precitec — industry-leading brands with auto-focus, capacitive height sensing, and collision protection. Upper and lower protective lenses shield internal optics from spatter. The QBH connector between fiber cable and head prevents beam return, protecting the laser source.
