Product Features
The DUOS configuration adds a second synchronous laser head that works in parallel with the first, cutting two identical parts simultaneously. This effectively doubles production output without increasing cycle time. Both heads maintain identical focus and alignment, ensuring consistent quality across all parts.
The 1610 series handles full-size sheets of plywood, MDF, and acrylic — up to 1600 x 1000 mm in a single setup. This eliminates the need to reposition material between cuts, reducing production time and improving alignment accuracy for large batch work.
From the 1610 series upward, the machine body is 2.7 mm thick or more. This increased thickness reduces vibration during high-speed engraving, extends the machine's service life, and ensures problem-free operation in continuous production environments without frequent recalibration.
The 1610 series includes the Wattsan FOX (Fire Overwatch Expert) system as standard. FOX monitors the working area continuously and triggers an immediate loud alarm upon detecting ignition or smoke, minimizing downtime and protecting both the machine and the workshop from fire damage.
The LT series adds a chain-driven asynchronous motor lift table that handles materials up to 80 kg without slipping or misalignment. The table lowers up to 160 mm, allowing work with thick stone slabs, foam blocks, or mounted rotary devices for engraving cylindrical objects.
