Product Features
The conveyor system enables continuous roll-to-roll processing of fabric, leather, film, and other flexible materials without manual repositioning. The motorized conveyor feeds material through the machine automatically, dramatically increasing throughput for large-volume textile and leather cutting operations.
The Cam Conveyor models are equipped with an industrial CCD camera that automatically recognizes and scans material contours and printed patterns. The camera transfers the contour data to the cutting software, where the operator can make adjustments before sending the job to the machine — enabling precise cutting around pre-printed designs.
The 1820 series offers an 1800 x 2000 mm working area combined with a conveyor system — the largest format in the Wattsan CO2 line. Designed for high-volume industrial fabric and leather cutting, it processes wide roll materials continuously without stopping for repositioning, maximizing production efficiency.
The 1610 series includes the Wattsan FOX (Fire Overwatch Expert) system as standard. FOX monitors the working area continuously and triggers an immediate loud alarm upon detecting ignition or smoke, minimizing downtime and protecting both the machine and the workshop from fire damage.
