Product Features
The 6090 ST gantry has a wall thickness of 5 to 7 mm in the corners, giving it a safety margin 4 times greater than machines with a single cutting head. This robust construction allows future expansion — adding a camera, autofocus, or up to 4 laser heads — without structural modifications.
The stepper motor is centrally positioned on the Y-axis to ensure even, balanced movement of the gantry. Combined with precision couplings, this prevents gantry overbalance and misalignment even at high speeds, maintaining consistent cut quality across the full 900 x 600 mm working area.
The rear panel opens to allow processing of materials longer than the table — fabric rolls, long sheets of plywood or plastic. The static table is ideal for flat materials of consistent thickness; the LT variant adds a motorized lift table for materials of varying height and rotary device use.
Equipped with an 80–90W CO2 laser tube, the 6090 ST is built for continuous round-the-clock production. The machine cuts wood up to 17 mm, acrylic up to 20 mm, and engraves stone, glass, rubber, leather, and more. Anodized blade lamellae prevent backfiring and protect both the laser head and the operator.
The LT series adds a chain-driven asynchronous motor lift table that handles materials up to 80 kg without slipping or misalignment. The table lowers up to 160 mm, allowing work with thick stone slabs, foam blocks, or mounted rotary devices for engraving cylindrical objects.
