Product Features
The PRO series features Wattsan SAS (Safety Assurance System) with the FOX (Fire Overwatch Expert) module — a proprietary system that instantly detects smoke and fire in the working area and triggers a loud facility-wide alarm. This goes far beyond standard safety switches and is designed for industrial workshop environments.
The 6090 PRO uses servo motors with real-time position feedback instead of standard steppers. This eliminates missed steps, improves positioning accuracy to ±0.03 mm, and allows reliable operation at higher speeds — up to 1000 mm/s engraving speed — without loss of quality.
The PRO integrates a chiller directly into the machine body, keeping the system compact and eliminating external cooling equipment. The CNC-driven lift table supports up to 100 kg and maintains perfect focal distance automatically, reducing setup time between different material thicknesses.
All moving parts including the gantry are fully enclosed to block dust and ensure vibration-free operation. A protective belt inside the robust portal adds extra security. The smart control screen provides intuitive operation, and an ammeter allows precise real-time power monitoring during cutting.
