The Wattsan FL TT is a compact tabletop fiber laser marker for 24/7 marking of metals and non-metals. With a 200×200 mm working area and Raycus/IPG/MAX laser source (20–100W), it marks aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, carbon steel, leather and rubber with high precision. The standard R series suits deep engraving; the J MOPA series enables grayscale, color marking on stainless steel and fine detail at low power.

Product Features

Wattsan laser markers run EzCad2 or EzCad3 — the industry standard for fiber and UV laser marking. Supports vector and bitmap marking, barcode and QR code generation, serial number automation, DXF/AI/BMP import, and rotary axis control. The intuitive interface allows setting up new jobs in minutes without programming knowledge.

Wattsan markers use laser sources from Raycus, JPT and MAX Photonics — the leading Chinese manufacturers whose components are used in machines from TRUMPF, IPG and Coherent. The R series (standard fiber) delivers consistent power for deep engraving and annealing. The J MOPA series (JPT M7) adds pulse width control from 2 to 500 ns, enabling color marking on stainless steel, black marking on aluminum, and fine detail at very low power without burning.

All Wattsan markers use F-theta (flat-field) scan lenses that maintain constant focus across the entire working area — unlike standard lenses where corners defocus. The galvo-driven scanning mirrors move the beam at speeds up to 8000 mm/s, achieving marking cycle times measured in seconds. Standard field sizes: 100×100 mm, 150×150 mm, 200×200 mm, 300×300 mm — selected based on application requirements.

The FL (fiber laser) series operates at 1064 nm wavelength, absorbed efficiently by metals. It marks stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, titanium, gold, silver, and also anneals tool steel to black without material removal. At higher power it deep-engraves. Non-metals: leather, rubber, some plastics. The MOPA variant (J series) adds color marking on stainless steel and fine grayscale on aluminum.
