Product Features

The M2 and M3 series upgrade to servo motors with real-time position feedback for ±0.03 mm accuracy. The M3 1325 adds the PM95A-4A+Lambda4S servo drive system and NC Studio 8 controller — professional-grade electronics designed for high-speed, high-precision industrial production without missed steps.

All Wattsan CNC routers are built on a welded steel frame annealed in a special furnace for stress relief. This heat treatment eliminates internal stresses from welding, ensuring the frame holds its geometry for 10+ years without warping under continuous production loads.

Wattsan routers use oversized ball screws on all axes. Compared to rack-and-pinion systems, ball screws deliver higher positioning accuracy, smoother motion, and support more powerful spindles. The reinforced Z-axis ball screw handles spindles up to 4.5 kW without flex or vibration.

The M1 series gantry has 300 mm clearance and thick-wall profile — 20% more Z-travel than A1. It supports up to 8 simultaneous spindles and planetary gearboxes deliver high torque for hardwood and aluminum machining. Frame rigidity is guaranteed for 10 years without distortion.

Every Wattsan machine comes with a 1-year warranty and lifetime online support. Wattsan engineers train and assist over 100 clients monthly worldwide. On-site specialist visits are available for setup, training, or repair, and spare parts are available globally to minimize downtime.
