Intelligent Operating System (iQ)
The intelligent operating system (iQ) provides easy access to real-time data on the performance of your extraction system. It offers several performance enhancements, including improved extraction efficiency, individual filter status monitoring, and integrated design features developed to reduce the cost of ownership.

DeepPleat DUO pre-filter
The DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is designed to maximize filter service life. It incorporates a high-capacity separation chamber within the filter, acting as a pre-separator to help extend the pre-filter's service life, which in turn protects against premature HEPA filter blockage.

HEPA filter
HEPA filters are designed to filter 99.995% of 0.3-micron particles. Secondary filter for the removal of fine particles.

Enhanced carbon filters
Advanced carbon filters help capture pollutants and odors, reducing the risk of bypass and tunneling. They are designed with specific types of carbon tailored for industrial applications.

Reverse airflow technology
Reverse air flow technology reduces velocity and changes air direction, causing larger particles to drop into the filter discharge chamber. This reduces particle penetration into the filter media, significantly improving filtration performance and extending the filter's service life.

Automatic flow control
Automatic flow control allows the user to preset the correct airflow rates for a specific application, thereby helping to maintain airflow. This results in lower noise levels and helps protect more expensive HEPA filters.

System OK signal (optional)
The system OK signal warns of an error when filters are blocked and when filters are nearing full capacity, allowing for effective maintenance scheduling.

On-board compressor (optional)
The built-in compressor is designed to meet the laser's air supply requirements. Unlike standalone air compressors, our built-in compressor is located within the exhaust system to ensure a simpler and more compact installation.

Remote stop/start signal (optional)
The remote start/stop signal ensures that your Donaldson BOFA fume extraction system only runs when your equipment is operating, helping to save on both operating costs and energy.

GOS sensors (optional)
The VOC (volatile organic compound) sensor continuously monitors the exhaust air and alerts you if VOC levels exceed a preset threshold, preventing the release of unwanted VOCs and other unpleasant odors.
