The CO2 laser printing system features an industrial split design, specifically intended for automated production lines. The unit is equipped with a high-quality metal CO2 RF laser, a high-speed scanning galvanometer, and a dedicated flying marking system, which can be connected to production lines to mark text, numbers, images, and anti-counterfeiting codes on fast-moving products. This significantly increases processing efficiency and facilitates automated production.
The CO2 laser printing system occupies little space, is highly flexible, and is suitable for marking workpieces of various shapes; it can easily integrate into various automation equipment and production lines using an intelligent interface. The unit operates with flying marking control software and an electronic touch screen, providing comprehensive functions and user-friendly operation. It supports automatic, continuous serial number generation and is capable of meeting requirements for remote and segmented marking on the material surface.
Compared to traditional inkjet printers, the laser printing system has several advantages: high speed, great flexibility, ease of use, stable performance, long service life, and low maintenance costs.
