The CO2 laser marking workstation is a new generation laser marking system. The laser equipment utilizes an industrial, standardized modular design. The MT-RF series is equipped with a fully imported metal, sealed radio-frequency CO2 laser assembly, a high-speed scanning galvanometer, and an expanded focusing system.
The CO2 laser marking workstation provides a high-stability, interference-resistant industrial computer system, a motorized Z-axis for easy focusing, as well as electrically operated lift doors. The machine can operate continuously 24 hours a day, maintaining high stability, precision, and processing speed. It is perfectly suited for both batch processing and small parts in trays/pallets, as well as larger parts where marking points are outside the standard marking field or multiple marks are required. Unlike traditional methods, such as inkjet or label printing, the integrated laser marker operates in non-contact mode and requires minimal maintenance.
