The UV laser marking workstation uses a 355 nm ultraviolet laser source and offers a very small beam spot diameter, ensuring unparalleled micro-marking quality and precision for various materials. The UV laser creates a minimal heat-affected zone, thereby effectively preventing material damage. It is particularly suitable for fine marking, engraving, and cutting materials that are sensitive to thermal radiation.
The UV laser marking workstation provides high-contrast markings even on highly sensitive materials, such as glass, certain types of plastics (silicone, white polyamides), or ceramic surfaces.
UV laser marking technology is primarily used in the automotive and aerospace industries (e.g., for cable marking), as well as in medical technology, including the processing of catheters and insulin pumps.
MT-U-WS series
MT-U3-WS / MT-U5-WS / MT-U10-WS
Advantages:
-
Design
Independently designed, patented industrial-grade workstation with an automatic Z-axis and safety cover. Wide and easy-to-open doors for convenient loading and unloading of components. -
Minimal material impact
The UV laser marking system affects only the surface coating rather than the material structure, allowing for marking on even highly sensitive and previously unmarkable materials. -
Precision
Excellent beam quality (<1.2 M²). A rigid industrial-grade chassis, an ultra-fine laser beam, and high-quality optical lenses ensure exceptional processing precision. -
Performance
Safe and reliable processing for sensitive and critical materials. Intricate, high-contrast markings with excellent integrity. -
Reliability
Equipped with a built-in DSP chip set and an industrial embedded operating system running MacMark laser marking software. This configuration ensures stable and reliable operation. -
Safety
Fully equipped with a German Siemens electrical system. Complies with EU safety regulations (Performance Level D).
Powerful software and file support (optional):
- Our proprietary MacMark is compatible with MES systems. Supports secondary development and customization for specific needs.
- EZCAD2 (compatible with Lightburn) / EZCAD3. Supports Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
- Compatibility with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other software files; supported formats: PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP, JPG, etc.
- Supports SHX and TTF fonts; allows for automatic coding, serial and batch number printing, dates, barcodes, QR codes, and automatic sequential numbering.
